I'm a bit confused, are you just wanting the data you mentioned just copying across into your form sheet? Or are you wanting to select the entries manually and just add selected ones to your form sheet?

    Yes, thankyou Kyle123 for asking.

What I would like to see happen is on my inventory sheet (armele) which could be very long, is to have in column (G) on sheet (armele) to left click an (X) or (Add) button for each item in my inventory. I need to have just the (Description, U, Cost,) to transer into my (Mat. Req.) form. Possibly a transfer button of some kind to transfer all the items at once after clicking on the ones in (armele) sheet in column (G). Also, if possible a clear button to clear the (Mat. Req. Form) and (armele sheet selected items only (G)) and to change the Purchase Order # number to the next number in the upper right hand corner of the (Mat. Req. Form). A Print button would be great to have also on the (Mat. Req. Form) Sorry for my long winded run on sentences. Please help me if you can!

    protonLeah,

Your awesome that's exactly what I was looking for. Is it possible to add a print button on the (mat. req.) form also and a Purchase Order Number in the upper right hand corner of the mat. req. form that will go to the next number after it’s printed? Also, is there a way to fix the (mat. req.) form so that when I type in an item manually on the mat. req. form and then go back and add other items from the (armele sheet) automatically that it would transfer those items after the last entry on the (mat. req.) form? Thanks again if you can make it work and if you have the time.

    Most respectfully grateful,

    1. add a print button on the (mat. req.) - o.k.
    2. Purchase Order Number (note: increments on clear not print) - o.k.
    3. fix the (mat. req.) form so that when I type in an item manually on the mat. req. form and then go back and add other items from the (armele sheet) automatically that it would transfer those items after the last entry on the (mat. req.) form - o.k.

** Your form is very wide and I had to print landscape with very narrow margins vs. portrait; you may have to adjust the columns, depending on your printer.

Re: Macro button to transfer Inventory to sales orders.

Again thanks so much, works like a charm. Another request if possible, if you don't have time don't worry about it, it works fantastic as is. Is it possible when you hit the print button that it could print two pages and the second page only have the words Duplicate Only! going across the page in large washed out gray letters?
Excel does not have a watermark feature. To simulate one:
    1. I created a bmp picture with a transparent background,
    2. I added a new sheet and inserted the pic there,
    3. I used Excel's camera utility to "snapshot" the order form sheet and paste to the new sheet on top of the "duplicate" picture.
    4. The new sheet is protected (no password) since there is nothing on it that should be modified (it only/always reflects data on the form)
    5. I modified the print macro to include both sheets.
