Embedded PDF Object positioning using Macro

    hello everyone....

I have embedded a PDF object as icon in a cell having row height as 75.

I have used the conventional method of inserting the PDF i.e. Insert -> Object -> Adobe Acrobat Document (Display as Icon) -> Choose File

By default the pdf gets inserted on the top left corner of the cell...

I was wondering if there was any way of specifically positioning the object to a location eg. place it in the center of the cell other than the usual drag and place method...

    any insights are welcome...

Re: Embedded PDF Object positioning using Macro

I got the answer after going through lots of code snippets related to properties of embedded objects:

I used the following code after inserting the PDF object:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
This will position the PDF object with reference to the Top and Left values of the current Cell in which it is placed.

Hope this helps someone else who may have similar problems.
