Highlighting A row of Cells if a condition exist

    Hi all,

I am not sure if a macro needs to be made for this problem, or if there is a way to simply use some conditional statements to get this done:

    WS1: I have a table with numbers 1-500 in Col A and either a 1 or a 0 in Col B.

WS2: In another worksheet, I have a table that consists of the same numbers as those in Col A, and need to highlight Col A through K if there is a corresponding 1 in the WS1 table. Does that make sense?

Here is kind of a logical way I wanted to go about it, but couldnt figure out how to make it do the formatting changes.

    =If(vlookup(WS2! A1,WS1! A1:B500,2,false)=1,Then highlight A-K, Dont Do anything)

    I hope this makes sense,

    Any help would be appreciated

I would use conditional formatting. Go to Conditional Formatting on the home ribbon, "new rule" and then click on "use a formula to determine..." and enter your formula there. Then set you format, such as a fill.
