Match postcode then show matching data

    Hi All,
I am trying to make a spreadsheet to select which carrier to use depending on the postcode entered.

Is there a way to have excel check the post code against a column of pre entered post codes and then display the matching data in the following two columns (i.e. carrier name and cost)

I'm not really clear on what you're trying to do, but have you tried the Vlookup function?

    Hi,
Basically we have two main carriers that we use. Ideally i was hoping there is some way of entering the delivery postcode into a cell and have excel match the postcode and display the cost for the the two carriers.

This doesn't sound too difficult. Could you upload a sample workbook showing what you are trying to achieve with the same layout as your normal workbook but with any sensitive data removed?
