Macro to change cell background from gray to white

Hi all-

This is a basic code but I am not sure how to go about.

When I export a spreadsheet to excel, it opens up with a gray background (rgb(170,170,170) i think) but it is very hard to read the text on such a background.

What is the macro code that will locate all GRAY colored cells and switch them to a WHITE background?
