Move Object based on Cell Value

Hy everyone,

I'm trying to move a picture based on a cell value. I already found several codes, but can not adapt those in a way that they take a value of e.g. the cell "A1" as the Cells indication (e.g. 4, 20). At the moment, the code I found looks like

How can I replace the "Cells(1, 30)" part so that it takes a Value of "A1"?

how could I replace the "0.88..." with a number taken from "A1"?
