Macro for fixed column width and row height across multiple sheets

Hi all,

What code can I use for the above?

I know the basic script for column width is something like below.

But I need to also adjust the row height and to apply across multiple sheets in the same wb.

The row height for the 1st row will be 120, the rest of the rows are 30.

Column width for all columns is 15.
