Interdependent Validation for four columns dependent of one Column.

Please find the attachment which explains the requirement in detail

Actually, I have Four Columns i.e Columns I, J, K & L which should contain only numeric values - basic requirement but alongwith that the values in these four columns depend on another column in the Column G which has a dropdown list - OneTime, Monthly and Both.

If the cells in the column G contain the value as "OneTime" then the sum of all the cells in the same row for the columns can be 1 which means that any and only of one of these cells can contain the number or value 1...

Similarly, if the value is Monthly then there should be no restriction of entry in any of these four cells however we should be able to setp the max for each quarter if possible..

Same goes for the last option of Both, we should have max limit setting capability however it should allow entries in all the four columns...

Dont know whether this is possible with Formulas or VBA....
