Error 400 when using hyperlinks in Pivot Tables

Hi There,

I've used the below piece of code which allows hyperlinks in PivotTable fields to be "clickable".

In addition, I also have a button with a macro attached to it that simply alternates a couple of fields that are used within the same PivotTable (code not provided).

Everything works as expected when I click my button and then click the hyperlinks within the PivotTable field. However, if for some reason I select a field in the PivotTable before clicking my button, I get the dreaded "400" error message!

I'm unsure what causes this error, but from the debugging I've done thus far, I'm convinced it's something to do with the above code rather than my other macro.

Any thoughts on this?

You can narrow down the error by stepping through the code one line at a time by:

Place the cursor at the top of the macro ... press F8. When the error occurs, the line involved should be highlighted in yellow.

Unfortunately, this does not work with this code - presumably as it runs on every cell click.
