Assign named range in worksheet to combo box

Hello again,

i've decided to dabble in User forms, and need a hand.

I have created my form, and the prompt to open the form.

on the form i have a combo box (Employee_List)

How do i go about assigning a named range to this combo box?

i know it will need to be in the initialise action for the form, but other than that, i'm stuck.

the named range is "Employees", for any example code
