Blinking Text based on cell data

Ok so i found this code to make a cell flash... but i need it tweaked, and know nothing much about VBA. Below is the code i found. I need it tweaked to affect the entire workbook, and flash an entire row when column "N" in that row says "Commander"

Can anyone help with this?

Your code works on A1 of Sheet1, just change the sheet and/range to affect.

I think though that you will find it really annoying, and of course it won't work unless macros are enabled

There are OSHA rules regarding the blink rates of an object.
It has to do with those suffering from epilepsy. If the blink rate is to slow or to fast it can cause seizures in some people.

I hate them and stamp on them where-ever I encounter them!

I'm not an idiot. and i understand there are OSHA rules. Every post i've seen in the past has absolutely no explanation whatsoever, but LOTS of people wanting to give their opinion about rules and regs and the fact that this is annoying. This is a tracking database i'm working on for my bosses, and its what they want. they have been briefed on the "annoyingness" and the "rules".

That being said, i know how to change the range affected. how do i make it only happen if "XYZ" is in column "N" of a certain row?

Thank you, Marcol, and sorry if i offended, royUK. I just get tired of seeing people (or myself) ask a question then get flamed for it... i'm not a 16yo kid doing a high school project that's going to annoy my teacher, lol. Sounds like BS to me, emergency vehicles drive by me with blinking lights and I have yet to see mahem of vehicles going off the road because of blinking lights.

That does not mean that any blinking or flashing of any kind causes epileptics to have fits, nor that everyone in a car will have a seizure.
