Rolling year report with automatic data drop off.

    Hi guy's,

I am trying to create a report with 12 months data. I would like the report to automatically drop off (lose) the data from the day one year previous. E.g. as the day rolls into today, the data from the same date 12 months ago drops off the calculation.

The report is to calculate staff sickness to give an overall score. As it is a rolling year, the score will reduce as the year passes as the data from 12 months ago will not count.

The formula for creating the score is (Instances X Instances X total days off) I can do this as it is an easy formula, I just cant work out how to link it to real time and have it ignore data older than 12 months.

If any of you guy's out there can help, I sure would appreciate it...

    Thanks
