Automatically Resize Imported Picture to Fit Cells

I have been asked if possible to insert a picture into Excel and it Autiomatically re-sizes to fit the merged cell I have for it.

When I insert they come in as massive pictures and I have to manually resize. I know of course I could re-size them all first but just wondered if possible to save some time?

Thank you for help, one last thing (Newbie)

I have the cells Merged, do I need to insert a command button in the merged cells to run the macro or could I put something in the merged cells that would go to Picture folder and let me choose a picture and then it would re-size whhose it?
