    Test if New Version

I want to create a way that it will notify a user that a new version of my add-in is on the server. Anyone have any ideas how to do this? (fyi, each new version I give it a Version number)

    Hi,

I think the easiest way is to instruct people not to install the add-in locally. When you want to replace it with a new version you can just replace the one on the server and job's done.

Dom that would work perfect, I have tried to do that in the past but never been able to get that to work. Can you give me instructions on how to do that?
