    I do not want to merge the columns, I just want them to look the same

    Darel,
    1. Click on Cell A3
    2. Copy
    3. Select B3:H3
    4. Right-click -> Paste Special -> Formats

    Hope that helps,

    Darel,

    It runs successfully for me with no errors and cells B3:H3 end up with A3's formatting as intended. Either you want the code to do something else, or you altered it incorrectly. Are you getting an error? (and if so, what is there error and on what line). Is there a sample workbook experiencing the problem that you can post?

    Re: Making Columns Similar

    I thk Im jus doing it wrong, let me explain more. I have row A3 that has row (A4:A6) merge to it. I thought I could take a range (B3:H3) and copy how A3 is formated for my range (B3:H3)
