    Add reference?

I'm using excel 2007 and wish to add a Function that makes use of regex. I see in the documentation for regular expressions that I
need to add references to Microsoft VBScript Regular Expressions
. I don't know what this means or how to do it. Can someone enlighten me?

I apologize to ask this question, but I have used search engines, and inclusion of 'reference' in my search terms usually turns up an API sort of doc or else something on Microsoft Visual Studio.

    Re: Add reference?

In the Visual Basic Editor, select Tools then References and scroll down the available references until you get to the one you want. Check the box and click OK

Ah, thank you. (Things I had seen suggested that there would be a dialogue, and I am embarrassed not to have found it prior to this thread.)
