Macro or script to delete rows that meet certain criteria

Hi! First time poster. Need some help with creating an Excel 2007 script or macro that can be run on a spreadsheet that is generated monthly. It needs to delete rows where the following conditions are met:
The customer field, part # field, Quantity field and Unit Price field all match, but the Extension field contains a value that is duplicated with a negative value in another row. For example, one row would contain 24,614, but another row contains -24,614, the macro would delete the rows that contain these "cancelling" numbers and also have matching fields as specified above.
