Lookup column for value, then several colums for multiple rows

    Greetings, please help.

Enclosed a worksheet, looking for perhaps an index/match function that will look at a particular column (status) to see if it's either blank or has "pending" in it. If it does, then want to copy 3 particular columns from all the rows in the array - store #, position, job code. There are multiple stores involved, vlookup just returns the first row it finds. So from the search it will return all the stores/positions/job codes for each one that is blank or pending.

    Thank you in advance!

Hi euch and welcome to the forum,

I think you want to use the Advanced Filter methods in Excel.

See the attached or search the web for "Excel Advanced Filter"
