Search header row for common text in cells and copy below rows to new sheet

Hello all. I looked through the posts but could not find anything to work with. I have attached a file with BEFORE and AFTER sheets to help explain. The header row will always be the same so if there was a way to check each cell in the header row for all columns ending in 'Row1' to copy the cells in the next row to the AFTER sheet. Then repeat on the same row looking for header columns ending in 'Row2' , then ending in 'Row13', etc., (there are actually headings like this up to Row34). After the first row is done, then repeat the whole process with the next row...until there are no mores with data.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Andrew

Andrew - in your example there are always seven columns in each set. Will that always be the case?
