Need Macro: Set value based on "Find" result

I am certain this will be very easy to solve. However, I have been scouring the forum for a similar situation and have had no luck finding a solution. Here we go:

I have a list of companies which will be located on sheet 1. Each company has a uniquie identifier (UID) in column 1. The list is currently upwards of 3000 and grows regularly so range should not be limited. Column 3 contains "Yes" or "No" indicating each companies approval status.

I need to be able to paste a list of UIDs in sheet 2, run a macro, and have the approval status of the company in sheet 1 with the corresponding UID set to "No".

The list of companies in UIDs in sheet 2 will always be present in sheet 1. I have attached a sample workbook.

    Appreciate any help. Thanks

In other words, if a UID present in Sheet1 is also available in Sheet2, even if the status is Yes, it should be changed to No?
