POS - Delete Inventory based on Item Numbers on Sales Screen.

Hey everyone and thank you very much for reading my question. I am rather new to Macros and although I have tried my best I cannot get the results I am looking for.

I have attached a sample so you know what I am referencing. I have entered in "VLOOKUP" functions on the "Sales" Screen that haul up results from "Inventory" based on the item number. When I submit (Run Macro) I would like the corresponding lines in Inventory to be deleted and the items on "Sales" screen entered into "Sales_DB" to the next available row.

The issue I have had so far, is that I cannot figure out how to select "B6" to the Last Row on the entry table only, I have only been able to select the whole entry table which causes "Do you want to merge the contents" dialog to pop up.

Finally, The reason I say delete from "Inventory" instead of copy and paste is that Inventory does not include O and P (Cost and Total) as "Sales_DB" does and I would like to have those included!

I feel winded haha, any help is greatly appreciated!
