Extracting and then exporting to new workbook through one button

    Hi,

In the attached workbook, in "overall reporting", you will find a button at the top and a specifying condition, reporting quarter.

What I would like to do is.....
    1) users will specify a reporting quarter and hit that button
    2) the button will extract the number of rows meeting that condition and export that report to a new workbook

I'm stuck at VBA and I am not very confident about the coding for this extraction part.

    Could anyone help me?

    Thank you

I have attached perhaps a simpler approach to your request by inserting data filters on the headers of your matrix. Try playing around with these as a possible next step.
