Show entire row from Master Sheet if any of the columns are within a date range

I am setting up a spreadsheet to track railroad permits. I have it set up to enter dates for various steps along the way, but I need to be able to track which projects I have worked on durring a range of dates, like weekly or monthly. I enter dates in columns J-P, and would like for my Reports tab to show all the projects that I have worked on in durring an entered date range, which is on the Reports sheet. Its not unusual for each row to have dates very close together and in the same search, but I only need the row shown once on the report. See the attached and see if anyone can help me with this.

    Thanks,
