Difference between two cells by using single coloumn and two coloumns.

Hi
I have attached a simple excel file..
i) can some one solve the Coloumn F & G by using coloumn D & E.
Coloumn F: in this coloumn i need a diffrence betewwen two cells by using Coloumn D and E. i have shown you the format of cells that i need in coloumn F.( here difference betwwen two cells though same whether for B or S i need exact format with multiplying the digit of 10000.
Coloumn G: I have shown in the format of coloumn G which can be generated by using coloumn E and F. and the format is same as in F but the cells values are in two coloums. I hope u will get my clairfication by seeing the simple excel format that i have shown you to make a common function.. so that i can apply to anywere.. thanks and regards.

I have understood your request. However, on what basis are the B and S selected? I would need this answer, so the code can know which cell to move to next.

Do you want to use VBA for this? Formulae will be easy if you used directly.
