Trigger Autosave VB in Excel File after Web Query

I know nothing of VBA so I apologize ahead of time. All I am looking for is a simple solution and if anyone has one it would be greatly appreciated as I have been search the we for 4 days trying to find an answer.

What I am trying to accomplish is to pull in a web query from a table on the web every minute. Then I need the .xls file to autosave after the web query has been pulled.

Basically I want to trigger the atuosave VB after the web query has been performed.

I have scoured the web and can't seem to find a way to do this.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
