Change a Font Color with Macro

    All

I have a column of cells that contain the letter "R" for Reconcile (the un-reconciled cells are blank).

Once I have completed the Reconcile for each month I would like a macro that changes the black R's to red R's.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does it have to be a macro? A bit more information about your process may help me propose another solution such as conditional formatting.
