Disable "Include new rows and columns in table"

I've been searching for about 2 hours now and can't figure out how to disable "Include new rows and columns in table" with VBA. I have a table and values are added next to the table so excel likes to make the table bigger. I don't want this, I also don't want to have to manually disable this every time. How can I disable this with VBA then re-enable it after the values are added?
