Adding Values From A Range

So I created a userfrom that ask the user to select 1, 2, or 3 in an option box and then there is another option box that ask the user to choose "day" or "amount"

and the object of this form to search the range of data for the option they checked in the userform

the data is set up like this

so if the user select 1 and amount, what would my coding be so search the range and add up all the size 1 and get a value of 300?

I have to do it through coding since im using a user form? would have have to declare the ranges as public and then have it loop through the range for each of the possible 6 options?
