I Need To Auto Copy All Text In Rectangle Box or Text Box Along With Format

I can either use a Retectangle Box or Text Box. I have formatted text in the box that I need to copy all of the Text along with Format into clipboard so that I can paste it to Outlook.

When testing by selecting and copying, I lose my format, plus, I can not select all the text automatically.

I need a way to have a macro that will copy the entire text by clicking a button that I will have on spreadsheet

Did you use pastespecial when pasting in Outlook ?

The formatproperties for text in a textbox (ActiveX-control) are not the properties of the text but of the TextBox.
So selecting , copying and pasting will not include any formattingproperties of the text, because it hasn't got any.
You can't copy properties that do not exist.

The same applies to text in a rectangle (where only characters as part of the rectangle have formatting properties).
The clipboard only contains 'unformatted text'. (checked with pastespecial).
If you want to retain the formatiing you have to copy the complete Textbox or the complete rectangle.

I have never asked this question before. I have thought about asking this question before, but this is the first time.

I under stand the last post.

Right now the only way that I can copy & paste is by manually selecting the text and then pasting.

Sure would like some more ideas. I think there must be a way of doing this.

I found that I can place a text box on my email spreadsheet, which has all my contacts and sorting procedures. I can then copy the entire test box and past it to my Outlook. I am using this like my signature when I forward an email to anyone.
