    Macro doesn't work when shared

    Hi,
I have a Macro that works brilliantly but stops working when shared. When attempting to share, I get a warning error saying: This workbook contains macros recorded or written in Visual Basic. Macros cannot be viewed or edited in shared workbooks.

If I say ok, anywhere I click, I get an error message saying: Run-time error '1004': Application-defined or object-defined error

    The code is as under:

In addition, I used conditional formatting, as explained in this video:

I really need to share the Workbook with this Macro running... Hope someone can shed some light on the issue.

    Thanks in advance!!
