    Splitting Cells contained in the same row

    Would it be possible to take four columns, of data of which the last two are comma delimited cells, and split those comma delimited cells in order into the same column but retaining their orientation to the first two columns? **Note: the two columns with comma separated values have different amounts of entries per cell.

    I have attached an example of original data as well as what it should look like after.
