We're happy to help you with your effort, but nobody here will be keen on developing a solution from scratch. This forum is about helping people learn how to use Excel, not a free development service.

Have you started any work on this project yet?
    How far did you get?
    Where are you stuck?

We can help you develop your own code, but if you want someone to code this for you all the way, you should try and find a commercial developer.

@arthurbr, thank you for your quick response. I am glad to hear from you.

Yes, I've tried developing this. I've been doing all this manually, without even writing it down on excel sheets. Though, I realized it maybe interesting to code certain part of it, which can be automatic. And eventually it will help thousands of people, just because this is a very real world situation.

With the spirit to help others too, whoever is in touch with SEO. Definitely, millions of webmasters. I've shared the excel sheet and asked for help like that.

I know how to implement the count function in the excel sheet (using LEN()) and such simple calculations but I don't know macros, vba and such advanced stuff at all. I've been a programmer of different languages however never touched upon excel.

So just out of my curiosity, I came here and posted, imagining that it would help many others too.

If someone can guide me, am ready to do it myself as well. But I hesitated asking that because I realized doing that maybe more difficult for some people. To be able to guide me to do the advanced functions from scratch you know....

Thank you so much for writing here Good to hear a response.

To find the top 10 competitors, you can use pivot tables and then select top 10 as a filter.

Re: Extracting MetaTags & Google Rankings

I am having problems with my MS Office setup. It asks for a couple of things when I try to use Pivot tables, which for some reason isn't successfully installing.

    Thanks for guiding.
