macro for tables merge by a variable

Hello! I am new at excel programming and I need to learn fast :P
I have this problem with 2 tabels. Let's say Tabel A and tabel B

Tabel A looks like this :

All fileds except 2 columns are filled.

Tabel B looks like this:

The first column it's not in ascending order like in tabel A.

I would like to merge tabel B over the tabel A and the result should look like this:
