Unwanted line break when writing text to shape

I am using the code below to write text to an Excel text box shape. It works very well, except one line of text that has a comma in it (separating a surname and firstname) does not all stay on one line. The presence of the comma appears to cause an unwanted line break with the firstname being moved to the next line all on its own and the comma is gone. Any ideas how to fix this? I have tried changing the vblf to vbcr vbnewline etc but nothing works. Thanks.
