Send email from Excel to Outlook

Hello Experts,
I am working with a code which sends email from default email application, Email sending is ok right now But I am stuck with 2 problems:

1: before sending email, code should refresh the sheet, which is having active link to a database. that part always works after sending email, although the code for refreshing comes before sending email
2: before seding email to outlook , outlook security warning pops up prompting " an application is trying to send an email on your behalf...etc." with options "deny"/allow"

any ideas about these two bugs?

I solved problem no.1 by using two application.ontime routines for refreshing workbook and sending email, but outlook security warning still persists:

thanks for your input, As i think this alert generated by by outlook, perhaps some VB code has to be used in outlook.

Try setting this option in you outlook program and see if it works afterwards

1: Start Outlook and then on the Tools menu, click Options.
2: Click the Security tab, and then click to remove the check mark from the
"Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me" check box.
3: Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
