Resize and insert multiple photos

Hello-

I need to resize and import multiple image files to excel. photo1.jpg would need to fit in the range of D5,M16. photo2.jpg would need to be inserted in D18,M29, etc.All on sheet "Photos". There are up to 26 image files in a folder to be imported to the sheet and they are always different. The distance between the bottom of one image and the top of the next always needs to be 1 row. I can name the ranges if that is helpful.

So the challenge is:
1. Prompt user to open file location- User selects files
3. Files are inserted into a range of specified size
4. The process repeats until all selected files are inserted, placing one picture below the last with one row in between them.
