    Adding a Pivot Table Field with Formula

    Hello: I have a sample file. I am basically trying to add the field in yellow which currently does not exist in the pivot. I am trying to get the # of jobs in yellow to display the value 1 if %time was the highest and to display a 0 if it was not this highest. Is there a way to do this? I have tried everything and am out of options on how to add this to the pivot. Any ideas?
