trying to change two or more shape's color based on thier location, please advise

    Hey,

i attached a cool excel file that i'm playing with. the idea behind it is to create and manage(log) a group of shapes while the color of the shape is changed according to the value of numbers underneath it.

i tried to fix the excel file myself and i failed so i have to ask my dear friends here for help once again.

so, i will start with a short explanation:

in order for the file to function, all i need to do is to enter a number at cell K12 and a name at cell L12. once you press on create. the VB creates a shape that you can move around the numbers and the shape will automaticly swich colors accordingly. there is also an automatic log starting at cell P2 that logs all the shapes in the map. you can also delete a shape and press REFRESH button and the log updates itself. cool isn't it ?

now, i need to make a few changes and i can't figure how to do it, please try and help me..

    here's what i need:

    1. i need that the shapes text header will only show the number (K12) and not the whole phrase (L12), hence the thought to make the rest of the text invisible (FONT SIZE = 1).

    2. i need to also log the sum of the cells underneath each shape.

    3. i need to change the way the log works so that it shows all the data shown in cells R3:T3.

    4. i need to block the user from creating shapes with the same number (K12).

    5. but. i need to allow the user to create two or more shapes with the same number&name (K12 & L12) and make them work together. that means, to change all of the shapes colors according to the sum of cells underneath all of them. and also log their value as one shape in one row with accumulated value.

I know i'm asking a lot, but could you please try and help. i'm way out of my leauge here.

    thanks !
