Remove certain columns

We have this program called Naviance Family Connections at our school. It's new. I am a school counselor who is learning how to do the technology stuff since we purchased it and must provide our own technology help with it.

I have this 3000 column excel doc that is our course code list.

In column B, we have a title of the column in row 1 and the rest are four to six letter codes for each class. I need to figure out a way to tell excel to remove all the rows that have a code in column B if the code in that is in that column contains a S at the end. Then, for the remaining codes, I need to tell excel to remove the F at the end of each code in column B if there is an F at the end of the code. The F is for fall and the S is for spring. We need to then take replace all the 5's in column C and replace it with 10. That part I think I can handle. It's the fall and spring semesters that I don't know how to do.

I would greatly appreciate this and it would allow our students to create a four year plan on the internet for their parents to see and work on with their student. It will help students see our college prep classes.
