    for example: P:\Sh_BR\Departments\BASIC\COMMON\YYYY\MMYY\SHReportddmmyy.xls

    Hello Dave,
Thanks a lot, and if there's a specific folder like "FX issue" after current year(ie:2011), how to put it please?

    P:\Sh_BR\Departments\BASIC\COMMON\"Current Year(ie:2011)"\FX issue\YYMM\".xls"

If you post code make sure to use the code tags , and try not to quote entire posts.

Anyway , this should do the trick.

    Thanks VM.
