Reverting back to original format when deselecting check box

Hello everyone, currently im doing a checklist for a school project and in need of help badly. I have over 300+ checks. What I want to do is to whenever there is a "FAIL" in the checklist (sheet1), I want the failed checks to appear in sheet2.

    How do i >
    - when I deselect my check box and all the executions I have done will go back to it original format ?

    - there are about 300+ checks meaning there are over 600+ check box Pass/Fail , in there anyway I can create a macro which fit all 600+ checks

    - the macro that I manage to set is programmed to be appear only at designated cells; I don't want that. If lets say there are only 2 'FAIL' among the
300 checks, how do i make the it appear in sheet2 in 1st and 2nd cell and not 1st at check num. 33 and the next at check num. 231. So I want it to
    be in a running sequence.

What I have done so far is when a selection is made through the check box, the remarks will appear in another worksheet through recording. Proexcelist please please help.....
