Macro to add a row, copy text over a range

Hello! I'm working on a rather hefty spreadsheet in which I need to separate out married couples (currently listed in the same cell), and carry down the Household ID and address information. I don't think there's an easy way to separate out the married couples, but is there a way to select a range of rows to insert a row and copy the data from above down?

    Thank you very much!
