Reference Pivot table in another worksheet

I have code on the worksheet_change event in the "worksheet named "First". I am trying to get the location of the pivot table on another worksheet, which name the user types in the Target cell. The problem is where i commented "the problem part of the code. All pivot names are "Pivot" and then the sheet name" Thanks in advance.
