reassigning a button on condition of check box

I just started learning vba and macros a couple of weeks ago, so it's probably a simple error. I'm trying to reassign a button on condition if a check box is checked or not. I made up a simple code to try to test it out, and I can't figure out why it is not working. I assigned the button to test (), and added a checkbox. Much appreciated if someone has any suggestions.

Thank you for adding code tags. Now that that is out of the way, I am having a hard time understanding what your code representation has to do with moving buttons? Your code looks like it is adding cell values, or attempting to but nothing there indicates button moving, at least not to me.
