REQUEST: Macro to Link Excel Cell to Shapes

Hello All,

I need a small but complexe excel task sample..

One Excel with two sheets

Sheet one with 3 cells of data. A1-A3

Sheet two with 2 shapes both colored RED


Task: is when you fill cell color GRAY on sheet one first DATA A1 the shape 1 on sheet two will turn GREEN

Task: is when you fill cell color GRAY on sheet one second DATA A2 or A3 the one shape 2 will turn Yellow and if you fill cell color GRAY on sheet one both DATA A2 and A3 the other shape on sheet two will turn GREEN.. (as shape 2 required both to make it GREEN but will only be YELLOW if either one cell is GRAY out)
