Seperate data into columns using VB

I have column A full of different lists of data all stacked on top of each other each with a different number of rows in each list. The common item among all of them is the header starts with "Group Name :". Is there a way using VB to separate the single column of data into several columns keeping the "Group Name :" at row (1) and the rest of the data in that group under it? I have attached an example.
