modify this code for outlook maillist

hi guys, found this code online to help me acheive what i want

basically it produces a list of contacts for a user to selct from based on the contacts in their outlook contacts list, i wish for it to acheive the same thing however produce a list of people within my email address not my contact list. by modifying the code is their any way to acheive this
