VBA for Sum-if/copying format/

Hi I just need help. Attached i have the file with all the descriptions that i need help with. I'm looking for a Macro that will copy the format 2 cells over each time the macro is run, and run a sum if down the column until it reaches the total column. It'll be easier to understand what im asking for once you see the sheet. I tried recording a macro but it doesn't work out.

The criteria for the Sum_if is on the 2nd sheet and will basically be the same.

I also forgot to add to this that it the information needs to be looking up based on 2 things, the criteria column A and the ones on the 2nd sheet. Basically Want it to sum-if for the values that match the Criteria for Sum-if sheet, and then only sum it if it matches the description which is on another column.
