Need a macro to filter data then email filtered data through lotus notes (or print)

I am needing a macro that will filter by column C "Dept" and then take the filtered data and email via Lotus Notes as an attachment to the corresponding director from worksheet tab "Dept List". If the emailing portion can't be done printing is acceptable. I was just trying to save printing.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
