Unchecked listbox using checkbox OLEObject

I have listbox OLEobject in my spreedsheet and a checkbox OLEobject. the thing is I just want to unchecked only the item I selected on listbox using the checkbox,but my code turns out that whenever I checked the checkbox all item in listbox will be checked first before it will unchecked.kindly help.thanks!
